I have had two storage units here on two separate occasions. Went back about a year later to get another and the manager denied me service because I 1, used her “public” restroom to frequently and 2, because I couldn’t figure out which unit I wanted to go with this time around. Extremely rude and irrational. My brother was with me and he was in complete disbelief. I always paid my dues on time and never caused any issues so I’m not sure why she treated me this way on this particular day.

Never had a storage unit before, but my man Preston was super nice and helpful. Had an answer for every question and overall had awesome customer service. Went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my decision. Made me really glad I chose this place. Definitely recommend
