Crystal Green is a phenom with customer assistance. She color marked our locks and keys and displayed mountains of patience and understanding for us with limited recall.

I reserved a unit online, and when I called to double check that it was indeed available, I was told that it was.

When I arrived about an hour later at 5pm I called again because the office appeared to be closed, and I was assured that someone would be there momentarily to help me.

So I waited, staring at an empty, dark office, and a switched off "Open" sign on the window. When I called again they hung up on me.

Don't waste your time like I did with this place.

Ben, we're saddened to see your review our of Williamsburg location. Due to staffing shortages, our offices sometimes must close so our hardworking managers can enjoy a day off. At times, our call center representatives may not be aware of the closings, especially if the closing is unexpected. We do sincerely apologize for that mix up, or any other miscommunication. Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a bad review for Jack Rabbit based on their lack of support and customer service. If you check my reviews, you will see I rarely leave a negative review.

With that said, there has been times that I received a call or had to call the office during the serval months renting from them. It is the luck of the draw if I get the Actual office or their call center. Seemingly they never read or use the notes and one office never knows what the other is doing. I spend endless time explaining things to each of them to get anything done or solved.

If that was not a pain enough. I go to get some things out of storage today, and I am told because they have supposedly tried to get me to change my lock, they are holding my items hostage until Monday when the Manager is in so I can talk to her. I am told that we have the wrong kind of lock on our unit, and they have overlocked our unit. Supposedly according to the person at the call center they have been trying to reach us for a while, however long that is. The odd thing is we have been renting from them since December with the same lock on our unit and not once has anyone mentioned we had the wrong lock. As I motioned previously, we have had to chat to their offices a few times at least. They have the code to release the overlock, however, because the notes say that they have been trying to discuss this with me (They haven't), she refused to give me the code. They also refused to give me any contact information for a manager and when I asked for a call center manager, they said no managers were on site and all management is off on the weekends. So apparently, they have no one managing employees at all on weekends.

We will be moving to another company that respects their customers and offers better support and service. My suggestion is you check things out before you choose where to store your items or you will end up with poor service and headaches when you want to get into your storage.

Jerry, we are sorry to read your review of our Williamsburg Jack Rabbit location. We have reviewed your account and it seems there was a note in the account that confused the first call center agent you spoke with. She has since been retrained on the proper procedures going forward. The facility office is physically closed on Sundays and Mondays, so we apologize about the miscommunication. Our call center does have a manager, but they do not work seven days a week, which we hope you can understand. We do apologize for the delay of access to your space, but it looks as though access was granted the next morning.
