I am a CDL holder. He knew I had a CDL when he took my money. He stated that he defended CDL holders. He took my money to defend an equipment violation. The fee was $75. The fine was $130. He made a deal for me to plea guilty and pay the full amount. I called his office to explain that I could have pled guilty by mail for the cost of a stamp. I was unable to speak with my attorney and she hung up on me. I will file a complaint with the bar. I suggest everyone do the same. The positive reviews on this page are obviously not real customers. This is the sort of activity making us lose faith in the legal system.

This jerk DID NOT submit my payment to the court! I paid to retain him and then the actual court fee. I sent him the money order to the City of Dallas to pay for me and did he do it? No! Of course, I did not know this and for two years, the City of Dallas had a warrant out for my arrest for the very ticket that I paid this slacker to take care of. Please, just take care of the ticket yourself. You will be better off because you'll know it has been taken care of. Do not waste your time on this low life because if you're expecting this piece of garbage to help you, sooner or later you are going to find yourself in warrant status!
