Dr. J. Michael Burbidge, Jr. graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Ft. Worth in 1997. He completed his internship at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Ft. Gordon, Georgia. Dr. Burbidge completed his residency at the McLennan County Medical & Research Foundation in 2004 and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He served in the U.S. Army at Ft. Hood, Texas from 1998-2002 in Aviation Medicine. Dr. Burbidge joined Providence Clinics in January 2008. In addition to his role as a clinic physician, he also serves Providence Hospice as a Medical Director and cares for patients in the subacute unit at Providence Park during their post-hospital rehabilitation.
