Terrible customer service. The pharmacist and the staff did nothing to help find a lost script only to find out it was sent to their compounding department, which is literally attached to their building, the whole time. They wanted us to drive back to the hospital to get a paper copy and drive back as opposed too them picking up the phone and calling to resolve the issue. Don't go here.Report
