J Kohll RX Compounding

I had a fabulous experience calling about a medication. I currently live in Washington State and preparing to move back to Omaha in a month. I have a cat with a rare disease and he needs a compounded medication. I was so worried I would not be able to find a local option to refill this prescription. J Kohll will be able to help me and the woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and kind.

I have been a customer of Kohll's for many years.
I'm getting up in age and realized I need some help looking younger. I got to the point where I didn't recognize myself in the mirror lol.

I went out and met with the staff and did an evaluation of my skin. I thought maybe I needed some dark patches removed caused by the Sun but the more immediate recommendation was to try Botox.
I'm pretty proud but recognize looks make a difference in this world so I agreed 2 try a small amount of Botox under my eyes and it really makes a difference! They are qualified to review your skin and make recommendations for a variety of treatments. I like that from a company that I trust.
The technicians are well-trained and super nice. I would recommend Jkohlls if you are considering any type of skin revitalization

I found myself suddenly needing a new compounded medicine, my first. After some sleuthing I found this local pharmacy.

My medication was new to them, so it took a little while to get it sourced, but they were great throughout the process and have been kind and helpful, especially with all my questions as a first timer with compound meds (and my impatiance at wanting to start it asap).

It's now on refill so wait time is the expected few days, and so far so good!

If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position to need compounded meds, I can definitely recommend this pharmacy and their kind and friendly team.

Great communication from pharmacist. Excellent customer service from the front staff. Bonus- they were able to compound something for me that no one else could !
As a vet, I have also used this pharmacy to compound prescriptions for my canine & feline patients. I appreciate them so much !

Each time I try to use this pharmacy to refill medication, they never call me to say that it's ready. When I go there close to closing time or call them, then I'll find out that it has been ready. Also, their hours are absolutely horrible! Why would they only be open Monday through Friday and close at 5:30 pm? They are NOT open on the weekends at all. They really need to be, though. I called to get a refill on the day after Thanksgiving. They told me that they would get it ready, but failed to tell me that they would be closing early at 2 pm that day! So, when I tried to go there to pick it up, they had already closed. (Yes, I could've called, but but 95% of the time, I get their voicemail.) Now, I may have to try to skip doses of this medication to try to get it to last until Monday. If this were a legitimate pharmacy, they would be open longer hours like other compounding pharmacies, but instead they're open doctor's offices hours. Is it because they're more like a doctor's office because they sell expensive procedures? I'm not sure.

Irena, I talked to the staff that worked on Friday, we don't have a record of you name. All patients are sent a txt or called when their Compounded RX is ready. We have documentation of this. We inform all our patients the turnaround time is 24-48 hours to get a custom compounded medication filled. If your compounded medication is an emergency we will get it ready the same day. Please contact us at 402-408-0015 because we don't have a Irena T as a patient of J Kohll Rx. In addition, our business hours 8:30am - 5:30pm M-F are standard business hours for a compounding pharmacy.

I love working for J Kohlls Rx! The staff are friendly and professional. My boss listens and cares about staff concerns. I really enjoy the opportunity to actually get to know and counsel my patients so they may get the best results from their medications.
