The young lady at the service counter was very friendly and courteous. She got me right in and delivered my keys to the waiting room once the vehicle was completed.

One of the worst experiences I've had anywhere. The service manager Jamie at one point even threatened to remove me from the property for going there inquiring about damage done to my vehicle during service they had performed days before.

My experience was terrific. Everybody was super helpful and friendly and got me in and out very timely. I had a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed and they didn't push any unnecessary services. Daniel was super honest and extremely accommodating and had wonderful customer service skills. I have been to other Dodge dealerships and this one is second to none. Exceptional service all the way around!

Bought a used Challenger about 3 or 4 weeks ago. When I test drove it I noticed car wasn't cleaned good in areas where it's not immediately visible. Pills left in the center console cigarette ash marks above windows glove compartment was dirty. They told me oil was changed but I could tell it wasn't when I did it myself a couple days ago oil was dark and about a qt low. Passenger seat was sitting rigged in place somehow because it came unlocked from where it was sitting and wouldn't lock back so seat was sliding back and forth and they wouldn't fix it because I hadn't told them about it THAT day when I called about something else that turned out to be user error on my part. Wanted hundred of dollars to fix the seat. So I just put some screws in it to hold it in place so my kid wouldn't get hit with a seat sliding into the backseat. About 2 days ago my traction control light comes on and I have codes ran and I have 4 codes showing error with steering angle sensor and abs modules. All these issues and I haven't even made my first payment on the car yet.

Was able to get an appointment at short notice, was offered a complimentary shuttle to anywhere i needed locally (wasn't needed, but nice!!). Service was done quickly.
