Irvine Subaru

Went in to get a weather-strip replaced. Full inspection done the a leak between engine and transmission was notice. Michelle Meza was the service advisor. The work was under warranty. Got a loaner vehicle and Michelle had a very high level of communication. She and Franks exceeded expectations.

Good service, decent waiting areas inside and outside, free coffee and snacks. Everyone was polite and helpful. They communicated well while my car was being serviced. Had a battery replaced in one of the key fobs, no charge! They have a shuttle service within a 10 mile radius.

Frank's Irvine Subaru is the best. Their customer service is first rate and their techs are knowledgeable and always ready to help you. I highly recommend Frank's Irvine Subaru to everyone! My next car will be a Subaru from Frank's.

Great experience. Laura Flanagan was so helpful and considerate of my situation. I was far from home and saw an alert on my car that required service before driving further. I was on my way to an event, due to start in 45 mins. Laura immediately suggested a rental, and promised to keep in touch. The Technical kept testing the car to eventually find intermittent issue that affected transmission. Repair took a while but by adding additional help they were able to get my car back to me that day before closing. I can't thank Laura and the technicians enough.

We went in to buy a car and we were met by Cesar. He seemed in a rush to get home or something and didn’t seem to want to help us. He brushed us off and basically told us that they couldn’t help us. Lost a sale because we went and purchased a car from Orange Coast Subaru. Save your time. They are SUPER helpful over at Orange Coast Subaru.
