Ironwood Custom Builders is a pleasure to work with. We have now completed three major projects with Ironwood and recommend without hesitation. Kelly Anderson's approach is completely different than other contractors which drives a much better result and excellent customer satisfaction. Project planning is thoughtful, in-depth, and thorough before pricing is finalized or any work starts. As a result, we've known exactly what we are getting, with clear pricing, and a dependable project plan. Kelly extensively uses technology to plan, manage, and deliver projects. On-site project managers have the right expertise, capability, and initiative to get things done while adjusting course as needed. Scheduled weekly project meetings keep communication clear. Subcontractors are diligently selected and closely managed. When something inevitably doesn't go right, it's addressed in mutually agreeable manner. Above all, Kelly is a no-surprises, honest, and always high integrity general contractor. We are absolutely thrilled with Ironwood's quality and results.

WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR HOME IN 2007, MY HUSBAND PROMISED ME THAT WE COULD REMODEL AND UPGRADE THE BUILDER SPEC FIXTURES AND MAKE IT MORE CUSTOM. WELL, 10 YEARS LATER, WE FINALLY DECIDED TO DO OUR REMODEL. WE MET KELLY ANDERSON AT THE 2017 HOME SHOW AND BEGAN THE PROCESS. WE CHOSE IRONWOOD BECAUSE THEY HAD A VERY ORGANIZED APPROACH TO REMODELING. THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED DUE TO OUR BUSY LIFE WITH OPERATING 7 RESTAURANTS. THEY SCHEDULED MEETINGS AND WEEKLY UPDATES ON PROGRESS REALLY HELPED US THROUGH THE PROCESS WITHOUT STRESS. WE WERE WELL INFORMED EACH STEP OF THE WAY. THE PERSONAL TOUCHES AND TRANSFORMATION FROM A BASIC BUILDER SPEC HOME TO A RUSTIC RETREAT WAS AMAZING. WE ARE THANKFUL THAT WE PLAN TO SPEND THE REST OF OUR LIVES IN THIS COMFORTABLE, UNIQUE SPACE THAT MAKES OUR SOULS HAPPY EACH AND EVERY DAY

The Ironwood Custom crew was fantastic. I appreciated the transparency of the budget and timeline. Ironwood helped our family build the home of our dreams in Park City. We had many custom ideas that they brought to life.

Ms. Baldwin thank you for taking the time to do a review for us. We're very sorry that you feel as though we are unprofessional and unreliable. In response to Ms. Baldwin's comments, we entered into a pre-construction agreement several weeks ago whereby we would be doing some consulting work for her. After a few short weeks and only a few email correspondence, it became apparent that we were likely not going to be a good fit for each other. As such, we elected to terminate the agreement and refund to her the money she had paid to Ironwood up to that point. Ms. Baldwin, it's unfortunate that things did not work out, however we wish you the best of luck as you search for another firm who will be a better fit for you. Thank you for your review Mr. Case. I did in fact miss our appointment and I apologize. Your wife called me later in the morning on the day of our appointment to express her frustration that I did not show up. I explained to her that I somehow inadvertently failed to save our appointment in our system. On the day that you and I first spoke on the phone, by the time I realized I had not saved our appointment, too many calls had come in to our office to try and narrow down which call was yours. I told her that I was hoping you would call to confirm or perhaps call the morning of our appointment when I did not arrive. She said she did call that morning, however she did not leave a message. I apologized to her and asked if she would like to reschedule. She told me you were upset and would likely not want to reschedule. Again, please forgive me for my mistake, I am sorry that I wasted your time. I hope that you were able to find another contractor who was able to take care of your needs.
