We feel so lucky to have met and found Irina as our realtor! We were looking for someone who was very organized, a clear communicator, and who really cared about supporting us through the entire process and answer all of our questions. We got more than we expected with Irina :) We loved that she established expectations and roles+responsibilities with us early on. We felt like we were able to very quickly align on what mattered most to us. She did not pressure us at all in terms of timing and was always very responsive. Buying a home nowadays also requires a strategy and she was a great partner in helping us "win" our home without blindly dumping money. We are still amazed that we got our home on our first try in this real estate market and at a very fair rate. Irina will really be your partner and program manager through the process which for us helped relieve a lot of potential stress. She has also built up a network of high quality recommended people for lending and repairs which was also beyond what we expected. Thank you for all of your support, Irina!

We are the first home buyers. Irina conducted with us not only a search, but along the way explained how the mortgage system works and what points such newcomers like us should pay attention to. Irina is the *perfect* real estate agent. She worked with myself and a parent as we worked on buying a condo together with diligence, grace and discretion. She managed the entire process with honesty and transparency, and she was incredibly responsive to our texts/calls with questions, which she answered SO helpfully. I cannot recommend Irina enough. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

As a first-time homebuyer with very limited knowledge about the process, I would have been very overwhelmed buying my first house during the crazy market of early 2021. Irina was very patient and took the time to help me understand the process. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She helped me understand the pros and cons, possibilities, as well as strategies when in a situation. She kept me well-informed every step of the way and was very responsive to my concerns. Irina managed to find me a great deal that I still sometimes find hard to believe in this crazy market. I highly recommend her and will absolutely work with her again in the future.

Irina is a great agent to have. My experience was not the normal buying process due to the pandemic. I was traveling for work and had to do a lot of things remotely. Irina was responsive and reliable throughout my entire process. This was my first time buying a home. She was able to educate me on things I didn't understand and communicate with important participants when I could not. She always went above and beyond regardless of how busy she got. Definitely will use her expertise in the future.
