I made reservations for 3.30pm. I got there at 3.38pm. I was not greeted only told that I was late for my appointment and that they close at 4pm! I then said that they should have told me that the day before when I scheduled it after afew minutes of standing there awkwardly, another Finally sales person helped me after confirming the repair guy was around. I got my car after 35min. This is the second time I am getting rude service from the service team.!! I did not also get the lifetime car wash promised when I bought the car there . The sales team are good though! .Report

I wait for a oil change and rotate tires almost 3 hrs. They returned the car dirty outside and inside they said they have problems with the car wash but is different car wash around. This is the second time I have service and they returned the car without cleaning. Andrew it was very polite.Report

The Subaru dealership is great. I could go anywhere to get my state inspection done but the people there are so nice. The lounge area and bathrooms are so clean. I bring a book and relax while my car is being servicedReport
