They got me right in for service and a recall on my 328i and did it quick the employees were super nice also and treated my car with respect as far as I could see which is honorable of a dealer I was not a fan of pricing of some of the recommended services but that’s nor here or there that’s the cost of fixing a bmw I guess but overall I’d say 4-5 stars for sure I recommend seeing Adam service advisor for sure also he’s greatReport

Brought my X5 in for a recall and decided to have the car detailed. Presented a coupon for 15% off service which BMW sent me in the mail and when i went to pick up the car they told me they don’t honor the coupon for detailing. They also told me i needed front left ball joint replaced. I brought the car to a trusted local mechanic who the ball joint was perfectly fine. Between my wife and i we’ve bought 7 BMW’s over the years but never again.Report
