Iowa's Xtreme Seamless Gutters & Exteriors was founded in 2011 by two friends turned business partners, Cole Valasek and Jay Handsaker. The two born and raised Iowa boys saw a need in Central Iowa for an honest and reliable contractor. Having worked in the construction industry, Cole began to see a need for a seamless gutter company in the Central Iowa area. Since Jay had already been working as a general contractor in Northeast Iowa and both partners had many years experience with seamless gutter systems, the decision came easily. The company was acquired through a mutual business colleague, and Iowa's Xtreme Seamless Gutters & Exteriors was born.
