Paul was Awesome in walking me thru my purchase, he took the time to find out details I wanted to have reference before making the final decision. I mean he even set up a ride to pick me up an hour away so I can purchase my Tesla. As close to a breeze as possible when buying a vehicle!

I had been without a car for five weeks after my GMC Acadia Denali tanked on Valentine’s Day.
Over that course of time I dealt with quite a few dealerships and car sales interactions.

Inver Grove Honda had the best selection of vehicles so I popped in on Tuesday night asking to test drive two HRV‘s. I was introduced to Tom Cerise. Personality wise, couldn’t have found a better match. I trusted him immediately and hoped that I would love the cars. Both options were wonderful and when I came back from the test drive, I put money down on a white to HRV. That night after sharing pictures of both with my family, they all liked the black one better I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to switch it over but texted Tom, he made the process so easy to switch it over to the black and allowed me a few extra days to get my finances in order and pick it up this past Saturday. He even hooked me up with black plates versus the standard Minnesota plate.

Where I was most impressed was after paying for the car Tom walked me out to get the vehicle and got me set up with connecting my phone and showing me all of the features that were new to me so that I wouldn’t have to take all this extra time to look it up and figure it out on my own.

Tom is trustworthy, patient and sincere. I am very happy with my experience at Inver Grove Honda thanks to Tom. I will be sending friends and family in the market back to him specifically. Thank you so much for everything Tom!! I have attached a picture of my 85-year-old dad checking out my new wheels. He was very proud and loved it too.????

I stopped in to see what they had for a Ridgeline and heard someone yell to me. I was wearing my Moorhead hockey pullover and had been getting this a lot. Low and behold it was a former teammate Tom Cerise. I knew I had a salesman who would look out for my best interest. They had the vehicle I wanted and they couldn't make the purchase any easier.

My wife and I bought a used 2022 Honda Odyssey here and it was a fantastic experience. JT our sales guy was incredible to work with. Zero pressure and never rushed us on anything.
