Shoutout to Adam Lorenc for being an awesome sales person who went above and beyond when we pre-ordered the Subaru Crosstrek until we pickup the car last December 4. We highly recommend this guy if you want to buy a car from International Subaru. We also would like to thank the lovely Janine Turner. She's an amazing finance manager.??????????

Paulo was extremely helpful with purchasing my new car. Went in to ordered it and received an update every week on it's status, from factory, to train, to dealer. He went over the paperwork with me and helped me understand understand everything going on. He went over the manual with me and answered my questions about the new features.
Paulo was friendly and on the test drive he taught me use lane assist and eyesight and explained how they work. During the drive he explained what the new features were, how to disable them and to trust my judgement over the car.

Bought a new 2021 Ascent a 3 months ago with 24 miles on it. I've now brought it back to the dealer 3 times for the same issue of all the warnings turning on. The car now has 705 miles maybe 40 of which I've driven. I spoke with the sales manager Ryan just now to ask what would be done if it happens a fourth time, and he says there's nothing he could do. I would have to deal with the manufacturer. I asked if he would be able to help in dealing with the manufacturer and he said no. Sour customer service to go with a lemon car.

Jeff Nonog was our salesperson. He is one of the nicest guys we have ever met. We were on our way on 11/26/21 to pick up our new Subaru Outback when one of the tires on our truck went flat. We called Jeff to let him know what happened and that we were running late. Jeff dropped what he was doing and came to help my husband change the tire. The lug nuts were frozen so they were hard to move but Jeff and his determination made it happen. He went above and beyond for us. We were blown away by this. Not only did he make purchasing our car a pleasant experienc, he earned our undying respect and friendship that day.

we also would like to sing the praises of Janine Turner, our financial person. She was wonderful! She made financing a breeze and we had fun while we were doing it.

I cannot thank Jon Fasano and his Team at International Autos enough for how kind, respectful, and professional they were and how they treated my Family when we traded in the palisade and purchased our new fully-loaded Volvo XR90!! Jon's Team went above and beyond and even bought another one of our cars too, we drove in with two cars and left with the car of our dreams!! Thank you Jon and International Autos Team, my Mom loves here new card and the features on this puppy are out of this world. We cannot get over the heated steering wheel, the huge touchscreen display, and even second projected speedometer on the windshield, wow!!

Your Crew works swiftly, and takes all the nonsense out of buying and selling cars, something we appreciate so so very much. After all, time and how and with whom we spend our time with are the greatest resource anyone has, and we are so glad to have spent our car experiences with your Team Jon, you all are people we are thankful for this year.

Happy with the sales associate that handled our purchase. He spent time with us showing safety features and the basic functions including the setting and how to change them. Unable to get any discount off the MSRP and shipping cost.
