International Dance Design

This place really got me out of a jam and will forever be in their debt. My daughter had a ballet recital at HBU and I forgot the ballet shoes. With less than 25 minutes, driving around like a maniac and using Google on my phone I came across International Dance Design. Called them up and they had what I needed. I pulled in, got in and out and made it to the recital with 4 minutes to spare. I will forever be in their debt. Many thanks to the gentleman who helped me out and probably thought I was crazy, but he is the true hero of the day, and with his help made sure my daughter made it to the stage. Thank you!

Thank you so much!! Even though they were apparently closed, they graciously sold me tights for my daughter as we were on our way to her recital, and I realized she had a massive run in her tights.

The attached studio ballroom looks amazing! I will have to look into the classes!

Ordered a smooth vest two months ago. Sent 3 emails regarding my order status and nobody got back to me. I called this morning and they said they, "didn't notice my order." I run a small ballroom team, and now one of my boys wont' have their vest in time for our upcoming competition. Very poor service.

Dear Ms. Robinson, We apologize that we were not able to fulfill your order on time. Due to pandemic we have not been receiving many online orders and therefore did not check on yours. As for the order, it was placed on March 7, 2021, which is 2 weeks ago (not 2 months as you claim). We double checked, and we did not receive any of your 3 emails with inquiry regarding your order. We only received your call today and found that you need the vest day after tomorrow. Given a few more days we could have rushed the order and shipped it overnight at no additional cost to you. However, given the nature of custom made clothing we cannot guarantee delivery at this time frame. Dancers ourselves, we completely understand your frustration about not having costumes on time for performance. Once again, we sincerely apologize for our mistake and will make better efforts in the future not to miss our customer's orders.

Dear Oscar, We always strive to keep our prices as low as possible. Brick-and-mortar stores in general appear to have higher prices than online retailers. We carry many different dance products: from inexpensive basic ballet shoes to custom designed Ballroom dance dresses. Since we do not know which product you specifically refer to it is difficult address your concern. However, many people choose to pay slightly higher price because they benefit from it. For example, in our store dancers can try dance shoes and costumes themselves. They do not have to guess which size they need, they simply try it because we have inventory. In addition, we have knowledgeable staff that can help you select products that works best for you and your budget. Our store is open 7 days a week so you can pick up items today, you do not have to pay and wait for shipment and pray it will come on time. We hope this somewhat explains the situation. However, if you have specific questions, please call us. We carry many different products and depending on your needs we may be able to offer a more economical solution.
