InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile

Good place for office party.

Great service, enjoyable, and close to all hot spots!

Once getting past the lobby and off the elevators, it no longer seemed like being in an Intercontinental.

Hallway from the elevator to the room was dark and had burnt out light bulbs.

Bathtub drained so slowly that after one minute showering, a puddle was already forming in the tub.

No shampoo in the bathroom.

The room had a nice, large TV in it. It was place in front of the window, and was so large it blocked looking out the window.

Only one trash can in the room, located in the bathroom.

On the plus side, and excellent location for shopping and staying in the heart of Chicago and it has a really cool swimming pool

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years but don't think I will stay again on my next visit to Chicago.

This hotel is not worth the price I paid for it in Chicago downtown area on Miracle Mile. Had I known I would have so many issues in my room I would have never booked it. The cold air would not turn off so I had to put my heat up on 80 just to get a decent temperature in the room. The rooms are really small for a King size room with a view the room should have been a little larger than what I paid for.

SHOUT OUT to housekeeping! They were so accommodating with helping me launder some unexpected dirty clothing with same day turnaround. Overall this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The Michael Jordan steakhouse inside the hotel was delicious. We got takeout to our room and they prepared our food fast and accurately. All of the staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and well organized. The pool was amazing for kids! The location was fantastic and we could walk everywhere we needed to go. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for making our Chicago trip so memorable.

Great location, nice hotel. From Wisconsin so it was a bit pricey. Cool Starbucks and Michael Jordans restaurant in lobby. All employees were excellent! Good and welcoming.
