I'm a deployed military member. On a routine repair to my house, my property manager damaged a water pipe, that leaked unchecked onto the kitchen floor for a few minutes. After shutting off the water and calling the plumber, he recommended these people. somehow, this maybe 16 gallons of water made it out of the kitchen, around the door into the living room, and into the master bedroom. After i was told, i said i would personally email the company, I asked for an estimate. What I got back was a barely coherent, illiterate response. That basically said, "we'll fix it, for the exact amount of the insurance money". They lied to my property manager, saying i gave them the green light, and ripped up my floors and a big chunk of carpet. They took the "damaged" material from the home when they were told to leave it for insurance adjuster inspection.Report

These guys are VERY BAD!!! They don't do a thing but put fans in your house then bill your insurance company for thousands!! They are known felons, DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Very bad people who will take you for a complete ride!! DON'T LET THESE GUYS INTO YOUR HOUSE!!!Report
