Our small lake cottage is only 600 ft.², a very small job. Yet they treated us like it was a 6000 square-foot job, like we were their most important customer.
I’m pretty sure they put twice as much as required, and they said they just wanted the job done Right!
Their attention to detail was excellent and they cleaned up afterwards, like they were never here.

I had researched several other vendors and Koala was by far the most professional and pricing was all similar.
It seems in the last few years the quality of service has significantly declined, but the team at koala was a very pleasant surprise.

I highly recommend them for any size of residential or commercial job.

Koala insulation insulated my house and did a great job for a great price. Sam came out and gave me a very good estimate and was very thorough going through the attic taking pictures and letting me see exactly what was going on. Got a good competitive price, fast turnaround, I call them on a Wednesday. they will hear the following Tuesday and we're done in under 2 hours. The employees have with the company for quite a while. They have good work ethic, were pleasant and left no trace that they were even there. Not a single little pink piece of insulation hanging out anywhere whatsoever. The owner is the one that did the quote for my house, provided me with multiple options as well as personal recommendations (he didn't push me to get the most expensive option of foam spraying the roof). I would highly recommend you at least give them a call to get a quote.

Overall a great experience. Received estimates from multiple companies and went with Koala because Sam was knowledgeable, communicated well, and his pricing was competitive. Showed up as promised and did a great job working with some of the oddities of my site without making it "a problem". Very please with the product so I'm doing my home as well (using Koala). Highly recommend.
