Bob was easy to book and very reliable. He was at the property before we even showed up and already had some findings for us. He was very detailed and thorough and made sure we understood the risks of any defects he found. On top of that he gave us new homeowner tips and explained how often to service certain appliances and even where to go to replace some historic trim! Also he was very friendly and immediately seemed like someone you can trust and want to know. 100% recommended inspections by Bob!

Bob’s inspection and resulting report were extremely thorough and informative. He took his time during the inspection and was very communicative with us throughout the process, and walked and talked us through his findings. He made sure we had the opportunity to ask any questions we had. The house had last sold less than 5 years ago, and without a doubt many of the issues and dangers he found were pre-existing to the last sale. If you want an inspector who won’t miss a single detail, go with Bob. I learned a lot from the report he provided and it was well-organized and easy to understand. My dad, who worked in construction for 40 years, was impressed by the report as well!

Had a very good experience with Bob's home inspection. He was very thorough, careful, and friendly throughout the inspection, and was careful to make sure that we, as first time homebuyers, had all of our questions answered. He identified a couple of significant issues the seller was willing to address, as very as several more minor ones which we were able to care of. He provided a very detailed written report as well which was useful towards addressing those minor repairs.

Super knowledgeable and has a great eye for everything. Attention to detail and on time.

Informed us of a lot of things around the house that were "end of life"!

Bob knows his stuff, great and thorough inspection of our new home before we bought it, he found every major issue and multiple
Minor ones so we were well informed when we decided to purchase.

Welmoed did an amazing job doing our recent home inspection, and we couldn't be happier with the results and the amazing report that provided a ton of insight into what we were buying.
