If you enjoy group fitness, we have plenty of classes Monday-Sunday for you to choose from. With your membership you have full access to our heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room! Not to mention the full aquatic group fitness classes Monday-Sunday as well.

Heavy lifters, we are home to some of the best lifting equipment in the area and don't worry we welcome all that comes with lifting heavy weights!

Heated Indoor Pool

Heated indoor pool available to you 24 hours throughout the week and weekends. Come try out one of our aquatic classes during the week. Get in a total body fat burning workout without the stress to your joints. Contact us for further questions.




Kid Care

BRING THE KIDS!! We have qualified staff from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. & 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. Relax with a massage or get in a good sweat while your kids have a blast with our kids room staff.





Sauna & Steam Room

Within our pool area we have a sauna and steam room!! After a hard workout or a relaxing swim spend some time relaxing your body and sweating out toxins. These are available to you as long as the doors are open. Don't miss out! Give it a try your next time in!
