Lincoln is the best.

I took my car to this dealership because it stalled several times. The diagnosis and communication was not going well for the first several weeks. But I'm very happy that it worked out eventually. Michael and Burke took over my case and they've been really nice and helpful! I appreciated that they care about my safety and feelings. Plus, they are very thorough and super friendly to work with. Michael also provided us some great advice. The communication went very well with them. Though the whole repair process took 3 months (caused some inconvenience living without a car nor a loaner), I'm still very grateful that it has been ended in a good way. Will recommend Michael and Burke for Dublin Infiniti. They're the best!

I tried to schedule a routine service appointment for my Infiniti. After a long wait, got ahold of someone who took my information and scheduled the appointment. Said they'd get me to a service advisor for costs, service details, loaner if needed, etc.- important details. I have to work myself so I need to figure out the time block at the least. No service advisor available on transfer, someone else takes my info again and assures me I'll be called back.

Several days pass, no call back. I can't plan for time or transportation or costs. So I find a local shop and schedule there. This Infiniti owner can't recommend. I would call it a customer service fail. Curious if management cares.

I just bought my Infiniti QX60. John Kada held my hand through this experience for two weeks as I dealt with work issues and trying to carve out time to get into the dealership and start the process. He is such a nice guy and candid. I never got the feeling he was lying or BSing me for a sale. He explained everything and kept me comfortable. He even went to the store and brought me a snack because he knew I hadn't eaten!

Furthermore Lincoln Haven took care of my brakes and he showed the same regard.

This is a good place. If you have an Infiniti or want one, and need help, I suggest you go here.

This Infiniti dealership has the poorest level of service I've ever experienced, period! Be forewarned they do not take good care of you. They are not thorough and they're a train wreck in terms of communication, attention to detail and doing the work that's been requested. We've owned multiple Infiniti vehicles over the past 16 years. This dealership is the utter worst ever. Take your business elsewhere or be prepared to be disappointed and upset.

Well I must admit I've been to a lot of service departments where the service is terrible my experience at Dublin Infinity was great from making an appointment to check in and check out everything exceeded my expectations they greeted me pleasantly they told me exactly what they were going to do took care of all my needs gave my vehicle a clean bill of health made sure I had a ride back to Bart had a person to pick me up from Bart everything was just top notch I really appreciate that that makes me want to go back for more thank you so much for a great experience Dublin Infinity keep up the great work. ?
