INFINITI of Lynbrook

Spoke to the Manger Oscar yesterday twice on the phone about the QX60 he said one of the customers backed out so we set an appt for 10 am today, took me over an hour to get there and when i got there they tell me oh sorry car was sold last night, ok i get it first come first serve but at least have some courtesy to call or text me saying hey sorry car was sold
STAY AWAY and take you business somewhere else as this place obviously could care less about you

Oleg Elit, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. Unfortunately, the New QX60 has been an anticipated release and many customers were waiting for it to arrive. We can not control when a vehicle gets sold and Oscar did call to let you know. When the next one is scheduled to come. we can call you to let you know and hope that it will last a little longer.

I am a repeat customer and Infiniti of Lynbrook's service department has always been good to me. Rico and Joe takes customer service to a whole new level. I took my car in for a steering Wheel plus horn issue. I got a courtesy ride home (driver is so courteous) while my car was being diagnosed. I was called the same day and given the diagnoses and offered a loaner as my car had to be in the shop for a while.
I am a happy customer. Thank you guys!!
