My wife went for regular Oil change and she heard some noise in the brakes any time she applied and reported for them to check. The mechanic noticed the brake pads were turn and the back part that's the metal was grinding the rotors making the car shakes and makes noise whenever she applies. Because Infiniti of Denver cares about our SAFETY, they repairs the brakes for my wife for FREE even due it was a family friend who changes the brake pads for us and mistakenly turn the pads but they didn't look at that but repair for us FREE. We really appreciate their service and caring (SAFETY)???

ALWAYS a great experience! I have purchased two QX80s through IOD over the past 5 years and have completed all regular maintenance through their service department as well. Their entire staff is phenomenal--truly professional and always going above and beyond to get me quickly back on the road safely! Chris M. typically helps me in the service department and his knowledge, professionalism and attention to details are second to none. I highly recommend IOD whether you're looking to purchase a new vehicle or you're in need of maintenance, you won't be disappointed!

I love the valet service that is offered because it allows me to still run errands in my other vehicle. The service staff are always courteous. I also appreciate the fact that they follow-up to see if you were satisfied with their service and if you have any questions or concerns. I've taken my Q60 here previously and I will definitely continue to do so.
