Infiniti of Columbus

Bought a used car here with a work order showing Infiniti installed new tie rods the month prior. After taking it home and driving it a while vibrations progressively worsened, my mechanic friend said the tie rods were bad. I made an app with the dealership and Rich in their service dept told me if it's the tie rods their under warranty. My husband took the car in and Rich informed him after looking, It was the new tie rods. Then maybe 10-15 minutes later Rich returned and said not the tie rods, a bolt. Said they fixed it. It wasn't fixed. I finally got it into an auto shop a few weeks later and sure enough, it was the tie rods, and they ruined 4 good tires. I tried speaking with Gene at the dealership and he told me to email him my proof which I did. Then they ghosted me for 6 days. I sent one more email with no response and filed BBB. That day Gene emailed saying he didn't receive anything. Went back and forth on BBB but ultimately Infiniti took the stance it's used and as is. And they'd be right we're it not for their work order showing they did this work and clearly it was done wrong, plus they initially admitted fault though rescinded that right after. Either way, filing small claims now. I don't understand why they couldn't just say they were sorry and fixed their mistake. Now I'm out a thousand dollars right before Christmas. Will update review after court case is done.

Brought my wife's SUV in for service and, Brad was fast and efficient in getting the car checked in. Service was done quick and I did not need to double check anything for the first time after leaving a dealership. Very professional and everyone is very welcoming when you arrive!

Awesome experience with the sales crew at infinite Of Columbus. Purchased A used truck. Straight to the point no hassle, honest about everything done to the truck in service department. Load Sales rep and loan department work to get payments tuned into out ideal payment with out hasseling for more money down than what we came to put down. Again it was a enjoyable day...

I was an out-of-state buyer, and that can cause many problems with a purchase- not with Craig Sims, and the team around him. I asked for extensive photos of the car- they provided. I asked for a detailed list of costs, and for a vehicle to be held for longer than usual so that I could fly in from out of state- they provided. I asked for the VIN so that I could pull a carfax report, they just sent me a picture of the VIN and the carfax without costing me. I asked for a RIDE FROM THE AIRPORT- Craig showed up in the car I was looking to buy, and shuttled me to the dealership. I also wanted an unaffiliated mechanic to look the vehicle over- they didn't even hesitate before allowing, and even better- the 3rd party mechanic actually called the vehicle "Immaculate". Bottom line: it's a darn shame I'm an out-of-state buyer, because I would be very happy to work with Craig and his team again when the time comes. Excellent job!
