Add ReviewThis dealership is terrible. Poor, poor communication and unprofessional. Drove 2 hours and then were told we couldn't look at a vehicle that on the phone they said we could see. Had to get the manager involved. Now, a month after the transaction, still waiting to get financing resolved because neither us or the financing company can get a returned call. Would never go back here.Report
My experience at Infiniti of Marin was superb. They were professional, honest, timely and on top of that, the service was AFFORDABLE. I brought my son's 'new' used Nissan Sentra in for a pre-purchase inspection and they could not have been more accommodating. They did not make me feel any different for coming with a used Sentra vs. a new Q50. And to top it off, they identified serious need for brake pad and drum replacements which we were able to negotiate the selling dealer to pay for before taking possession of the new/used car. Similar to the other reviews, I bought a service contract because this location was close to my house. I have called the "service department" since July 2021 (4 months).
