Terrible company.... terrible insurance. Tried to file a claim and denied by a technicality. Called other insurance companies and was told that it would have been covered by them... now I was involved in a hit and run accident.... sure enough I am getting screwed again.... 3 cars and a home policy for 6 years and can't get a fair deal. This is the reason people fought being forced to buy insurance in the first place.

This insurance is a scam. I had the PREMIUM policy coverage too. I had damage to my home and they refused to pay based on a technicality. At least they were professional when they told me I was SOL (my only compliment). By the way, it took me multiple emails, where I NEVER got a response from my agent, then me calling a regional office to even start my claim... My lawyer AND my real estate agent have advised me to cancel the policy because it is a scam, based on their knowledge of the damage and the situation. The loss was too small to warrant a lawsuit (lawyer fees) and the policy had enough grounds that I might not win anyway. STAY AWAY!

I am not a person who writes reviews, but I feel this one needs mentioning. I have Farm Bureau Insurance for the past 25 plus years. We all hate to write those premium checks every month, but believe me they are worth it when the need arises. I was involved in an auto accident on July 2, 2019. I had a new car with only 3,200 miles on it. Another individual turned in front on me and I hit the left rear of the car. All,but one of the air bags deployed. My bones in my right wrist were dislocated and I had some hearing loss due to the air bag. Farm Bureau immediately went to work helping me. Rental car was immediately available, the claims people were amazing. Due to the extent of the wrist injury, I had to have surgery to repair the injury. The other driver do not have enough coverage to cover the claim. I am so thankful my Farm Bureau agent had recommended to me to have great limits for uninsured-under insurance motorist coverage. FARM BUREAU IS AMAZING
