Jordan at Independent Bath was very helpful. We visited the shop when we purchased our new condo that was unfinished. He reviewed cultured marble advantages and disadvantages with us, provided quotes in a timely manner, made sure we had quick notice on the delivery of our materials so that plumbers could get the work done for us. *High Quality Bathroom Store/Showroom* I purchased a new bathroom cabinet/mirror from Independent Bath & Renovation's south Edmonton showroom... it's really a step up from what I had. I bought a middle of the road bath cabinet as some of the fancier ones were more than I needed.
Jordan helped me by pointing out some of the the plusses and minuses of the different options. It was a completely 'no-pressure sale', and I've since gone back and ordered a new bathtub/shower glass door enclosure. I chose the heaver 10mm glass as it felt solid and seemed to be a higher-end style. I'm going to have their bathroom renovation guys do the install as whenever I try to install something it ends up taking more time, and ultimately costs more than if I had just got it done the right way first. Thanks Jordan, for your knowledgeable, honest, and no-pressure help :-)

I was extremely satisfied with the service I got recently. I had to replace parts of a shower faucet fitting that was 10 years old and damaged.
Jordan was extremely helpful by contacting Grohe to get me some replacements. The model had been discontinued but he managed to find th parts. I installed it and then it got jammed somehow.
Jordan came to the rescue and told me the cartridge needed to be replaced.
He sent a plumber out with the new parts and he installed it all and it works perfectly. I definitely recommend Independent Bath& Renovations.

The worksite was kept clean and organized. Also on time! Cam's team does not start until they have everything in place, so on our end, they came in and a week later we had the most beautiful en-suite. The work was perfect. Cam also has so much experience that we trusted his advice on several issues and are very happy that we did. We gave Cam an overall feeling that we wanted and he gave the right advice to achieve that. We took an old small en-suite and without expanding the square footage Independent Bath created a modern look with clean lines, and a spacious feeling bath. Personally we also loved going into the showroom and choosing everything in one place, at one time. We love our bathroom and would welcome the opportunity to work with Independent Bath again.
