Absolute Rip Off ! I signed for a move in Mave in May 2022! We couldn't move, so We canceled! The person tried to say We had someone else & gave me a hard time! Order Canceled in May 2022 & here it is mid-September & no Refund YET! Refund was approved months ago!! Yet NO REFUND! Customer Service blames Finance DEPT! Finance dept ignores Email! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BROKERS & WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT! Calling again today!

Absolutely terrible. They haven't called us back, we have asked for supervisors twice and nothing. The trucks have been late almost a week or more. Super expensive for the lack of help.

I have heard many bad and horror stories about movers and feel we were lucky with Imperial Freight Lines Fast, Careful, and very affordable.

I had a wonderful experience moving with Imperial Freight Lines. They are very motivated towards their job and made sure no losses or damages were caused. They took an inventory of the items when packing and checked out all items when unpacking. Very organized team!

Imperial Freight Lines made our day! When we were moving for the first time and didn't know anyone who could recommend a moving company, I asked around for advice and received a few quotes. When the employees came on the day of the event, they were kind, professional, and efficient. Having a wonderful experience with them convinced us to rehire them for our new home's relocation.

TL;DR Very little transparency from company, pressure to use their services, impossible to get our refundable deposits returned in a reasonable time-frame.

Imperial Freight Lines is not, strictly speaking, a moving company, but is a freight broker. That means they employ third party trucks to arrange to move your belongings. I feel like this takes away from transparency and in helping you know how your belongings will be handled.

I take issue with Imperial's marketing strategy. They pay to place their website high in Google searches and get you to sign up with their service before they give you a quote. Invariably you cannot get a cost estimate until you call them, where they will pressure you into signing on with them and paying a refundable deposit towards the moving service. They do this even before you give them a full description of your belongings.

We signed on with Imperial not understanding their role as a transportation broker. They reel you in with the promise of enormous discounts if you had any nonspecified family member in the US Military. We were able to claim this discount but it turned out to bring the cost to a similar level as other transportation brokers that did not offer similar discounts.

We eventually decided to pull a U-Haul trailer with our vehicle instead of using Imperial's services and we cancelled the service and requested the refundable deposit. They promised we would receive it over a week ago and even still we have been waiting for a refund on the deposit for nearly a month.

We are very dissatisfied with Imperial's customer service. The billing department is not able to do anything for us in getting the deposit back, which we desperately need.

I will never recommend Imperial Freight Lines for moving services. Please go with any other established transportation broker or use self-service like U-Haul, Penske, or Budget.

Efficient, careful and a great price. Precisely what I was looking for. These guys rock.

This company is a total rip off. They scammed us for over $2200 and did not provide "white glove" services as promised. The third party that they use is not licensed or insured, and any use of this third party is asked by the Better Business Bureau to be reported to the US Department of Transportation. DO NOT USE IMPERIAL OR ANY OF THEIR THIRD PARTY COMPANIES. You will be ripped off.
