Impact Auto Body was opened in February of 1981 by Bob and Debbie Schubert in a 700 square foot facility near Price and University. After one year the shop re-located to a much larger facility which was also in Tempe. Then in 2001, the business was relocated to its current location at 5035 E. McKellips in Mesa.

Almost 30 years after becoming established, Impact is still a family owned and operated business. With fourteen employees, the shop repairs approximately 850 collision damaged vehicles per year. The commitment the business has made to providing both excellent service and exceptional repair quality is proven out by the fact that it has never had a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
