I am a Canadian that required assistance in obtaining a waiver to enter the US, due to a fairly recent medical marijuana conviction. Having had no experience in obtaining a waiver, I found Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. on the internet and called them. Christopher Flann was extremely helpful and took time to explain the procedure(s).
With my first 2 waivers, Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. completed the waiver application and guided me in obtaining the necessary documents to accompany the application, followed by a meeting with the United States Customs and Border Protection. Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. obtained all the contact information and addresses in my Canadian city from their offices in Montana. This was such a great help for me.
My 3rd application was through the E-Safe program. While this involved the same forms, the procedure was different. Immigration Law of Montana, P.C uploaded all the correct forms to the website and provided me with the contact information to arrange my interview with the United States Customs and Border Protection. As well, Christopher Flann and his team took the time to make sure I had all the necessary documents and backup information to take with me for the interview. Remarkably, I received my waiver in less than 3 weeks. All this while navigating Covid! I can't imagine how I could have stumbled through this process on my own.
There was never a time when I Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. was not available for me. My emails were always answered immediately. A phone call was always made whenever it was required.
