Dr. Baidwan is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. Dr. Baidwan received her Doctorate of Medicine (MD) from the University of Texas and completed internal medicine residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she served as Yale School of Medicines first inaugural chief resident of advocacy & community health. Dr. Baidwan has worked in social justice, health disparities due to racial and income inequality, and complex diagnoses and chronic care. She is an expert in diagnosis, complex care, weight management, LGTBQIA+ & minority population health, prevention & lifestyle medicine.
