Illinois Telecommunication Access Corp. is based in Springfield, IL, and provides a variety of communication services to the state. More specifically, we provide telecommunications access to people who are deaf, hard of hearing, late deafened, speech-disabled and deaf-blind by issuing equipment that ranges from amplified telephones to Braille phones. We have a variety of program options to suit your needs, including:
