Add ReviewTL;DR - great ortho staff, awesome physician, but terrible PT flow. Essentially, you can have PT 3 sessions and then wait for 3 weeks until the next one. The best part, the information about the gap in care was delivered less than 24 hours before the PT eval. Standard of care has left the chat...Report
The experience on the orthopedics side was exceptional. The staff was great, quick, and proficient. Dr. Petkovic was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He ordered a PT and this is where things stopped going well. Lincolnwood location was upfront about scarce availability and put us on the waiting list. Morton Grove PT offered a PT eval next week (great) and a visit next week. When I was calling to confirm a day before, I have been advised by staff that they have 2 appointments this week, 1 appointment next week followed by (tada!) a 3 week long interruption (20 days?) as they have no availability. Seriously? Why didn't the scheduling person tell us about the gap last week, when were scheduling? Why are we given the information about the treatment interruption 24 hours before the initial PT visit? Other places are now booked because someone could not do their job right.
a very pleasant experience from reception to the interview with the very professional and very attentive doctor thank youReport

Exceeded my expectations. Glad I chose Dr. Fineberg. Had an acdf 5-7. Able to ride a bike without pain, sleeping better, losing weight and even started playing the guitar again. Wish I would've done it sooner.Report
Excellent team. John is so friendly and helpful. I feel very confident when I am with him. And of course Dr. Weatherford is is and has been wonderful to me and I feel very confident in his performance and adviceReport
My last visit with Dr Park was very pleasant and comfortable as always. The staff were very professional, efficient and friendly. Dr Park is always very thorough and in-depth with analyzing my condition and health situation. She discussed and explained her course of treatment explicitly. In fact, I asked for a PCP referral as I trust she is associated with a string of very efficient and good physicians just like her.Report

Dr. Shah is a nationally recognized orthopedic surgeon whose mission is to get active joint replacement patients back on their feet as quickly as possible. The surgeon travels and teaches colleagues worldwide about new advances in same day hip and knee replacement, hip arthroscopy, and joint revision surgery.
Dr. Shah's typical otherwise healthy hip and knee replacement patient walks with a cane about one hour after surgery, returns home after ninety minutes, and is back to a light workload in a few days or weeks. Such rapid recoveries are possible because of new advances in surgery, anesthesia, physical therapy, and patient preparation.
