IHOP of MARGATE, FL

NO GOOD I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and overall cleanliness during my recent visit to your restaurant on Feb 12,2025. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, and I feel it is important to bring these concerns to your attention.

Upon entering, I never was greeted with a lack of enthusiasm from the staff, and it took an unreasonably long time to be seated. Once at our table, I was appalled to find that the surface was dirty with crumbs and stains. I had to clean it myself before I could settle in, which should not have been the case in a well-maintained restaurant.

To make matters worse, the service never came to ask me anything, unfriendly, and unprofessional all the staff. All servers seemed uninterested and dismissive, which made the experience even more frustrating. I waited an extended amount of time 5 minutes and nobody came.
