i went to pick my food and there was no butter or syrup in the bag. so i asked for but it was taking a long time so i said to another person can i please get some butter and syrup i need to get out of here. i was then told i was being rude to him. i said need to go i just found out my family member died he would not listen continued to be rude. i would not have needed it if it was in the bag. i have gone to ihop for years this location is horrible. i will not go to this location again and will tell others not to go as well.
