Recent Zoom meeting Tony held for the CXPA.org FL networking group was very impactful as he shared his "hacks" for making data come to life in the form Story Telling. Very helpful to see and hear the WAY you share feedback from customers will often either make the customers seem more real or, if not done properly, just another lifeless data point. Great to see you bring customers to life for your constituents! Motivating to those of us who feel strongly about the value of our customers' experiences being shared effectively! Thanks again Tony!
