Recent Zoom meeting Tony held for the CXPA.org FL networking group was very impactful as he shared his "hacks" for making data come to life in the form Story Telling. Very helpful to see and hear the WAY you share feedback from customers will often either make the customers seem more real or, if not done properly, just another lifeless data point.
