The doctor took his time and making sure that my eye exam was as thorough as possible. I have not had this quality of service prior.

I have been a patient for Ideal Eyecare for two years. I love the atmosphere and how laid-back everybody is. It's like walking in and visiting with people I personally know. Everyone is easy to talk to and very nice. It's also spotless and very clean. Check them out!

I haven't been to the eye doctor for a couple of years. Both the doctor and receptionist were super friendly and put me at ease. They answered all of my questions and helped me through everything. By far the best eye care place I have ever been to. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal 1st visit for my son today. I was so impressed with the staff from the moment I checked in, to the thorough comprehensive exam, to the ease of ordering his glasses & contacts. They are all very friendly & knowledgeable. I cannot say enough great things about this office & I highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience. Staff very professional. Dr. Taylor was very thorough. Explained everything in detail and is very personable. I would recommend Ideal Eyecare to anyone for vision care.

Such a great experience right when I stepped in the door. I've gone to another major chain for years, and always felt rushed and like an inconvenience. When I went to Ideal Eyecare today it was a calm, kind and smooth. The gal who checked me in and did the initial exam was awesome! She talked me through everything perfectly! The doctor was phenomenal! He answered all of my questions and really put me at ease. The gentleman who helped me choose my glasses was just as great- walked me through that entire process so simply. For an appointment you don't do often, you underestimate or dont think much about how it makes you feel. But I can definitely say I left feeling so happy! It's hard to give good customer service in the times we are in, but I can honestly say, these folks were perfect! Thank you so much!
