Bad office manager a business turn off When you have a bad apple in the bunch, it doesn't paint a good overall picture of the fruit basket. This bad apple comes in the form of an unprofessional office manager that goes by the name JOSÉ. Couldn't get his last name from his coworker they claimed they didn't know it which was okay. Attempted to have something emailed to ,me and was denied due to an outstanding payment which the insurance is more than willing to pay if they only contacted them for it. From the begining of our conversation I could hear the arrogance and testosterone in his voice. He just did not want to hear my thoughts of the situation which also showed, no restraint and a total lack of patience and professionalism went right out the door. He ended our co operation abruptly simply saying "You are waiting my time" then hung up on me mid sentence.
By any means necessary I advise 1 and all to be cautioned of this gentleman aka "bad apple" Mr JOSÉ. will make you look elsewhere to have your dental work done.
