I was absolutely blown away by the customer service. I felt like I'd stepped back in time 50-60 years. I had an issue with a key that somebody else had cut for me. It wasn't working in my lock and so I took it to these guys and the young man behind the counter (Julio, I believe) went above and beyond to help me fix my issue. I will definitely be coming back for any hardware needs.Report
