I worked with Jaron Thomas, the audiologist at the Brooklyn location. He spent almost 2 hours with me, asking about my listening habits, hearing problems, and preferences, and then he recommended a hearing aid that best met my needs. Because he himself wears hearing aids, he really understands what is important to people. The receptionist, Tatiana, was very welcoming, and she treated me like a valued client. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received.

The only negative is the physical facility: the front windows look like they haven't been washed in years. The appearance of the office is so bad that I almost didn't go in. For a health care facility, this lapse is unforgivable. The employees said that they had told the management repeatedly about the need to clean up the storefront, but nothing has been done. Corporate Hear USA really needs to do something about this.
