You get what you pay for I visited the service department because I had a coupon for a free oil change which being about $100 is a great deal hold on not if an appointment made in advance takes well over 2 hours to complete when I can get it done 15 minutes at a Jiffy Lube doesn't make a lot of sense like I said you get what you pay forReport

I recently bought a brand new car from IRA Toyota of Hyannis and I deeply regret it. First of all, financial person David Gavin was very rude and extremely impolite crossing the boundaries with his comments. When I asked him to explain the financial part of the monthly payments, his response was to ask my brother or boyfriend who came to buy a car with me. Once the issue was brought up with the GM, he also did not do anything about it as well as Toyota Corporate office.Report
I was also given a payment plan sheet that showed much higher monthly payments compared to what it should have been based on my credit. After confronting the financial employee, David Gavin about this, my monthly payments were recalculated to show the real payments that my bank approved me for and were significantly lower. Until now I do not understand where those numbers came from, so check everything carefully and beware of rudeness that you get buying a brand new car.
This 5 star review is for the salesman Keith Gonzalez. He was up front and honest through every step of the process. He was never pushy and presented as though he just wanted me to leave happy, which I ultimately did. I could not recommend him more to gently guide you through an experience that can typically be painful. He is a diamond in the rough. He admitted he had been selling cars for less than a year and it’s his likely fresh attitude that makes the experience with him so positive. He deserves to be commended for his customer relations acumen. Thank you again Keith.Report
