Very professional! On time and can tell they truly care about their customers. Would for sure use again. Highly recommendReport
The self cleaning pump was going out so we thought. Kevin came out to look at the problem. I wish I could say that it was a positive experience. But Kevin never seen a self cleaning pump and wasnt sure how it worked. Said it would be 477.00 to replace. But I felt very rushed in the visit, like he had other calls to get to and couldn't wait for us to make a decision on what we should do. Did not even have the part on his truck. And said he would have to reschedule. Was in a big hurry to get to next call. My husband does similar work (has appts to get to) and treats each customer like he has all day. It felt very rushed with Kevin. And after telling them what we thought was the issue before appt and to not have it on your truck? It just wasnt the best experience. Thank you.Report

Thought the capacitor went out on my A/C unit, which I replaced, but that wasn’t it...thought the whole thing needed replacing, but I didn’t know about the fuses. Mandy and Kevin were kind, informative, timely, and just all around great people. My potentially very expensive day was totally turned around by a reasonably priced emergency diagnostic visit, a great education (which I don’t think any service person is obliged to give), and a trip to the hardware store for some fuses. Thank you!!Report
Everything was great.Report
Great service and super prompt response by phone. You can tell you aren't being put into a Que. He also listens to you describe the problem and was very upfront that there would be a slight additional charge because of the difficult way to access our four story building, which does not have a proper roof access point. Thanks for getting my condo cool again!Report
St. Louis Heating and Air one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. working with Kevin and Mandy was a pleasure. I had the furnace replaced first, and a little over a year later the A/C quit working. Kevin could have pushed to replace them both at the same time but the A/C was OK them. I highly recommend this heating and air conditioning co.Report
