I will not do business with Hurd or balise again which sucks because I liked balise.(balise owns Hurd) you buy a car and warranty expecting good quality, customer service, and service and Hurd sucks at all 3. they sold me a lemon. Truck had multiple safety issues, control arms, hubs, axles on top of other issues. THEY PUT A INSPECTION SAFETY STICKER ON A TRUCK WITH SAFETY ISSUES! Their customers service is the worst they WILL NOT call you back and ALWAYS avoid your phone calls. The receptionist hates her job and hates customers. Had to call them for a week straight to get answers. Finally got answers and the AGM is Extremely rude and confrontational. When it comes to service they do NOT know what they are doing and at this point I’m no longer comfortable even letting them do an oil change. Had to bring my truck to a different dealership for them to figure out what was wrong. Bought my truck in May by September they’ve already had my truck for a combined total of over two months just to call me and tell me they can’t figure it out and nobody will work on it because it’s a Chevy dealer and I bought Ford. The service manager tried telling me control arm issues aren’t a safety issue and will pass safety inspection with control arm issues. I bought a warranty through them And even though the issues with my truck should’ve been fixed through that 30 day warranty because they knew within five days of all the issues of me buying they still fought me on it. told me they didn’t want to fix it because they didn’t want to mess it up They will not give you a loaner at all. They will pay a week of a Rent-A-Car while they have your truck for months. Read the comments because all the comments are the same customer service sucks. I can not say enough kind words about the parts manager there Andrew Guilmain, went absolutely above and beyond what is required or asked of him. Truly an exceptional guy, an asset to your guys company. Andy thank you for all your help, and going the extra mile when you didnt have to.Report

Scheduled a test drive a few weeks ago and hyped myself up the whole 2h drive there just to see someone sitting in the car ( Which i assumed was a sales person) until i spoke to the person who informed me he was there to test drive it, honestly i was pissed, after going inside and confirming with a random sales person that the car was on the test drive i was told that I could see it after he test drives it...so I just left, and to make things worse, the dealer tried contacting me to tell me it was just going to get "gas" but I drove to another dealership on the way home and got the same car in a different color...Personally I would never buy a car from any "Hurd" dealer let alone this one.Report
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Hurd Auto Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.Report
There was no communication throughout the process until the very end. My vehicle ended up being in the shop longer than I’ve actually owned it, and despite me expressing multiple times how frustrated I was, no one made any real attempt to make the situation right or to ease the inconvenience.
The diagnostic and repair process took far longer than normal, and even then, my front camera issue—which I had clearly reported - took forever to be looked at, let alone be repaired in a timely manner. On top of that, they had my vehicle for over a month and never offered me a courtesy or loaner vehicle, making it extremely difficult to get to work and manage day-to-day responsibilities. Since this was my only vehicle and I had traded in a perfectly working truck, I had to go out of my own way to carpool or borrow other vehicles.
When I needed to bring the vehicle back multiple times, there was little to no effort from the service team to help me with transportation or logistics. To make matters worse, after picking up my vehicle from a tire repair, the tire was flat again by the time I got home.
I will say the service representative I dealt with was polite and professional, but overall, there is major room for improvement in communication, accountability, and customer support.
After spending $55,000 on a vehicle, I expected a much higher level of service and care. This entire experience has left me very disappointed and questioning whether I’d recommend or return to this dealership for future service.
Just bought the truck. Breaks down less than a month later. Then they soak me for repairs. Truck still doesn't run right but now I'm afraid to bring it back for more repairs. Will let everyone I know to stay away from this dealership.Report
