I have a very bad experience in this place, especially the dealer,
I have bought the Ford Mustang Mach E 2021 for almost 3 weeks, and I have been ripped off.
First, they said it can go up to 270 miles but in reality is only 208 for a first-time charge and it is now a maximum of 190 miles (100% capacity)
For Co-pilot 360 assist 2.0 support to have Intelligent adaptive cruise control but my car doesn't have it.
The self-parking is not working.
He said it has the sunroof but it does not.
I come to their place multiple times (more than 5) but the thing they can do is try to push responsible to another, including the manager. Moreover, each time has to wait 1 hour at least, and don't hope they treat you well if you are Asian.
IF you want to buy the Mach E so bad, you can use the website to make the order. It may take you up to 5 months but you can avoid the $20,000 to $30,000 makeup price and avoid being ripped off like me.

Triet, The MPGE rating is from the manufacture not the dealership, when you took delivery did you not notice that the vehicle wasn't equipped with a sunroof during your delivery process?

I bought a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer. I was helped by AJ who was absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and showed me how to use the technology in the vehicle. This review supposed to be 1 star cause of my bad experience with the finance and the service department but after I met roz and Alex the sales manager I decided to be fair and honest. Unfortunately the market is crazy and the prices not the best during to the chip shortage and the low inventory. But the way Roz and Alex handled the situation is more than enough and I'm totally satisfied and will be life time customer even I'm not big fan of ford lol .

Inquired about ordering a Mach-E and was told there would be a $30,000 markup on the car, even if I did a custom factory order. It's these tactics that make people despise auto dealers and will lead to their (hopefully soon) downfall. This shortage won't last forever, and this behavior is burning a lot of bridges with their dealer and with Ford.

I spent my money on a new Tesla Model Y. I'm no fanboy, but they are trying this radical idea of displaying the price of a car, and having the customer pay that same price. Pretty wild stuff.

Service and Cx service here are sub-par my vehicle has been in the service department for over 3 months the part they ordered finally comes in and they still have not repaired it. I spoke with some one from the dealer a total of 3 times over 3 months. Had to physically go to the dealership to get Answers on what was happening with my vehicle. Would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service or otherwise.

Arrived for service about 40 min prior to opening and was second in line. I told my service advisor Jairo that I was second in line and he acknowledged my statement however did nothing to have my car serviced immediately based on arrival....several cars were serviced prior to mine.

Maybe I stopped by during a shift change? There was absolutely nobody around to open a new car to look at. Waited for a while, walking around the vehicles, finally went inside to the reception desk to ask for someone to please come out. Eventually someone came out, he went out and just tried every door until he found one open. Was looking to get an idea of the car, and while I appreciate a low pressure environment, the car was never even turned on to see any functionality. I stopped by the dealership because it was on the way home, but when it comes time to buy my next vehicle, I will probably look somewhere else.
