This was the only dealership that was willing to help me no matter what. Everyone was nice, our sales guy was amazing, and I'm so greatful to them.

John and Cameron were great! They got me in the deal I needed to walk away with a brand new car! They were patient with me, gave me several options to help me figure out what was best for me, walking me through the entire process. My dad and I were there for a great part of the day, but the experience never changed. It was a great one! I would highly recommend Nissan of Chattanooga East to anyone.

I went here as a first time car buyer looking for an affordable used car and the salesman assured me that they scanned the car and inspected it completely and then after i had signed and gave my down payment told me there was actually a major problem with the engine and tried to intimidate me into not breaking the contract. i would absolutely recommend that no one comes here, for used cars at the very least. Terrible, TERRIBLE experience. I would give negative stars if possible.

The service department at Nissan Of Chattanooga East comes second to none! Excellent customer service, friendly, and efficient.
Greg and Jordan have been great to work with. I would recommend all of my friends and family to come to Nissan for service. Thank you guys so much!
