Scott Bradley is a rude human being. I called to be take off their mailing list. Mr. Mush mouth answered. I was trying to make out what he was saying and he hung up on me. I called back and he sent it to voicemail. Very poor customer service. What if I really was a customer. Good thing I bought my Jeep somewhere else. If their finances director is this rude, just think how their service department is.

My wife and I had checked many Jeep dealerships and nobody had what we were looking for exactly. Also at the other dealerships nobody came out and even tried to get our business. Showed up to Huffines in Lewisville while we were looking around Yusef came out and started helping. He was very knowledgeable on what exactly they had on the lot and if he wasn't sure he would say "I'm not sure let me look" I like the honesty and knowledge Yusef had. I don't say this about car salesman but he was funny and personal with us. He made everything go smooth and helped us find the vehicle we were looking for plus some. When I decide to get my next new vehicle I hope Yusef is still there!

Another thing I don't say much good about people at car places are the finance people. We had Raquel and she was great as well. The 2 of us were throwing jokes at each other the entire time. Raquel was great!

I'm sorry I can't spell the girls name that sells the options to add to your vehicle but she was very sweet and helpful! We went back the next day to talk with her about doing some stuff to out Jeep Grand Cherokee L. She new her stuff and answered all the questions we had.

Huffines whatever you're doing keep it up as this is what a car dealership should be. It seems like everyone runs like a family.

I could write a novel after my experiences with this dealership. Sold me a vehicle and forgot to remove the GPS tracker. Then we found out the tires were bad, but they waited until after the warranty expired to tell us, instead rotating them over and over again. We’re on our 13th trip to the service center, and their mechanics are astoundingly bad. They lie on their paperwork about what was done, and they charge you for unnecessary work. Seeing a place like this exist and be allowed to operate like this makes me lose faith in all other business because there is seriously no standard at all. I will never buy a vehicle from a dealership again as a result of my experience here. It’s a matter of time before the Tesla selling model puts them all out of business.

Ignore the response from the owner. Nothing was resolved. They're full of it. They put me in a worse situation after this review.

Thank you! Nothing but professionalism throughout the entire vehicle buying process. To say I was demoralized when I entered their door would be an understatement. I had been screwed over at another dealership (Pegasus Chrysler Dodge and Ram in Ennis) where they pretty much wasted 4 hours of my time, and I didn't want to deal with another dealership,I was done. However, I decided to go ahead and go and see what Huffines had, and I'm glad I did. I was met by a young man named Mike that listened to me, my wants, needs, and the bad experience that I previously had at the other dealership, both Mike and Steve worked diligently to get me into my dream vehicle. What I really liked was that there were no games, no going back and forth on endless numbers, they worked with me, they understood where I wanted to stay budget wise. Mike presented me with various Ram options and worked with me financially. Ultimately, I drove off the lot with my dream vehicle, the vehicle I have been wanting for 10+ years! Thank you!!!!!

I have been fixing my truck with them for 3 years and today they have disappointed me a lot my air conditioning does not work 1 time saying it was the broken compressor I left it for them to fix it they call me they tell me it was other things broken no air compressor pay less than what they had told me for another repair 1 month the air conditioning lasted working and it broke down again I took it back to the agency and now it is another part I fixed it again 1 week my air conditioning stops working they play to guess what it is the problem I thought they were professionals I talked to a manager and he told me they can’t do anything because they do what a machine tells them wow I mean they don’t check it that’s why they pay them I threw 1200 dlls in a month trying to fix it and in the end they tell me that Nothing can be done

He went above and beyond because we were in the area for vacation and our trade vehicle was 5hrs away. He got the deal we wanted and met us halfway the next day to switch vehicles. Working with both Joe Koubek (Pre-owned) and Hamed Awadi (New Car) was truly a joy and very pleasant. I first worked with Joe in Pre-owned, and he knew what I was looking for in a vehicle. He transitioned that information over to Hamed Awadi. Hamed went straight to work looking for that car on the lot. He did not have the exact vehicle but showed me the Jeep Grand Cherokee L2, Baltic Grey, and I fell in love with that vehicle. After purchase he walked me through the software to get me on the road.
