Hudson Subaru

Truth be told, Jonathan and Gary made it happen! They gave me a tough battle but they worked with me through the whole process and were able to give me what i was looking to leave out the door with. Great deal and great customer service!! Would recommended, especially since they took a young guy like me serious.

Hudson Subaru was a great car-buying experience. They were willing to come to the table to negotiate a fair price, and communicated every step of the way. My point of contact was Jonathan, and he went the extra mile to help me out. I was buying from out of state, so he took the time to give me a FaceTime tour of the vehicle. He was responsive to all questions I had, and made the pickup process a breeze. Five stars, no notes.

Great service and a very nice staff indeed. Chito Encarnacion is nice and a very friendly Subaru specialist and this is located off the US 1-9 skyway. Came here and brought a car and we traded my mom's Honda Civic car LX silver into a 2015 Subaru Forester silver that has a rooftop that also comes with a USB charging port and a storage pocket and it comes with Bluetooth pairing that can be paired with any phone that must have Bluetooth turned on. Had been to two different Subaru Dealership in two different town in NJ before coming to this one. I would recommend Chito Encarnacion because he is a Philippians specialist and he knows his stuff about cars. Did not get to test drive the new car. Had a PT teacher at my high school in Fresh Meadow NY whose named is Mr. Bill William Wang who also brought his green 2014 Subaru Forester here as well. Defiantly will come back here again and look for Chito Encarnacion

I needed a tail light bulb. The guy took a quick look and went and got the right one for me. Now,I know that when you work somewhere for a long time you know where stuff is but,with so many models of cars,this guy was on his game. Very polite,assisted me to the check-out,just a nice place to go and get a part for your Subaru and you're on your way. Very professional.

My husband and I had a great experience with Jonathan at Hudson Subaru. I'm ordinarily not the type to write online reviews, but I was so impressed with Jonathan V., who truly went above and beyond to provide great customer service. As we were weighing our decision to put down a deposit, Jonathan always made himself available at all hours to answer our questions and address our concerns (this was our first time leasing a car) - including via text and email. It made it super easy to contact him with any question that came to mind. Once the time came to pick up the car, we didn't actually get to the dealership until late in the evening due to our work schedules - but by no means did Jonathan rush us at all. He sat with us and patiently explained all of the paperwork, and then took us outside to walk us through each aspect of our new Subaru Forester, including bells and whistles that we frankly would never have noticed. He comes across as extremely genuine and kind, and we appreciated that we could ask him questions without feeling guilty for making his long day even longer (it was quite late by the time we left). We would highly recommend Hudson Subaru, and particularly Jonathan, to others - especially our fellow New Yorkers who may be disappointed with the inventory at the more local Subaru dealerships. - E & T

This was a fantastic experience for a first-time new car owner. My Product Specialist, Chito Encarnacion, and his manager, Gary Bregman, were very patient and helpful as we navigated the different options to finance my Subaru Crosstrek. They were able to get my interest rate lowered!!

Chito also managed to locate the car in the color I wanted, which has been hard during the pandemic.

Chito also has a great sense of humor and texted me with updates as we went through the car purchasing process. The Sale and Leasing Consultant , Isaias Ferreira, was also very helpful.

I know I can always call or text Chito and his team at Hudson Subaru if I have any questions or concerns.
