Add ReviewExplain to me what hotel plays loud music outside all day and all night that the only way to drown out the sound it by either sweating to death with the sound of the heater or freezing to death with the AC on. Thought as long as I can fall asleep with the heat on, I could stay asleep. Wrong. 8 times I had to wake up to bump up the heat in the winter to 90 degrees just to keep it on as every time it cut out, I was awaken by the music. 3rd floor btw, so sorry for those lowered floor guests. I would imagine the sound of the fan is not loud enough to drown it out. Also, the staff originally denied that they knew where the music was coming from when I called at 930 pm (which they did not answer until about 10pm, and I had to try to call from both my personal phone and hotel phone and it only rings for about 1 maybe 2 minutes and then disconnects, so clearly your call isn't even being answered in the order received either. Only by 4am for the night shift staff to say "oh yeah that's us but idk how to turn it off" not their fault but seriously, horrible. I'm a flight attendant so I've stayed at my share of hotels over the years and this is definitely one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen. People come to hotels to sleep, not stay up dancing through the night when they have a 5am wake up. Shut your music off or have it be a soothing low volume after 8pm maybe? But preferably shut it off. What higher up thought this was a good idea. Hotel = a place for you to sleep so you can enjoy the rest of your days somewhere new not a hot spot for partying. Only giving 2 star because no body cares about 1 star reviews or takes them seriously. Also I hardly EVER write reviews, but maybe management actually reads these and saves a lot of customers the misery of being kept up all freaking night long. Never again! P.s. there was a wet used towel and old food left in the room. Do you guys really even clean them? Disgusting!!!Report
Not happy at all with Hotel Indigo in Savannah, no not at all. The staff was nice but my bed was broken and they could not fix it. The floors in our room...filty, literally my feet were black with dirt. We had to ask for a mini fridge which they did being up but at $300 a night that room should have been perfect. There was allot going on in Savannah that weekend so everything was booked solid so we stayed put but no, sorry, will never stay there again.Report
Room 333 is nice but bring ear plugs! We did not stay out until bar close because my wife is pregnant. The windows suck. You could feel a draft and hear every vehicle and reveler. I went to the front desk to see if they had ear plugs and the hostes asked why I didn't bring my own. I did but one got lost. If you are asking why I didn't bring my own, you know it's loud and you should at least have some at the front desk, if not supply them in the room like many hotels that are in a noisy area do.Report
