Heather (at the front desk) and Kate (bar) were so wonderful during my stay. The entire staff at HI was awesome and I look forward to visiting again after the renovations.

Great hotel right at the end of printers alley. The staff was all wonderful and very attentive. Particularly Telly the valet girl. She was very welcoming. I'll look forward to staying there again once all the revocations are complete

The lobby (which was a draw when deciding on a hotel) was under construction so everything was done at a table in the lounge. Did not feel like a nice hotel but more like a hostile. Housekeeping did not replace toilet paper or shampoo and conditioner despite being there for a 4 night stay. But staff was very friendly and attempted to be accommodating despite issues.

Disappointing stay, other than location, we weren't very pleased and certainly not wowed. Food and drink options weren't good. Although not all employees, we encountered enough issues with staff to not return to this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Valet parking was very good, check-in handled quickly. Easy walk to Printers Alley and Boardway.
Hopefully restaurant renovation will be completed soon, looks like it will be amazing
